Exotic place to relax.

Wallaby is an American Tiki-inspired cocktail bar – an exotic place to have fun, relax and hang out with friends.

The challenge was to create an eye-catching design with tropical elements. Whereas the interior should have had an extravagant touch, we didn't want it to be too extra, so that visitors could unwind with a cocktail after an exhausting workday. Despite the small budget, we got there and created a very interesting Tiki design.

Tiki is an extravagant style that reflects tropical culture. This is why we created the design concept based on the exotic vibes of Tiki. The overall color palette of the bar is dominated by dark shades. The area is rich in tropical plants, natural wood materials and other exotic accents. Additionally, the authentic aesthetic is merged with contemporary details, such as neon lights. For a more joyful ambiance, we added a fun quote on the bathroom wall, which would definitely make a drunk person smile.

Our favorite, one of a kind element in the interior is the fully lit bar counter. The light creates the silhouettes of tropical plants and immediately attracts visitor's attention. The white shelves on the wall of the bar look like ice and give the impression that the alcohol bottles are placed on the icy surface.
