Details are not the details, they make the design - some say. And really, details represent the overall character of an apartment and speak loudly about the people who live there.

The apartment ARTISTIC which brilliantly shows the artistic side of the residents belongs to the co-founder of Studio DUE, Lika Lasareishvili, and her husband, photographer Dito Tediashvili. The collaborated vision of interior design and photography brought an interesting concept to the space.

The minimalistic monochrome kitchen is contrasted with crimson tiles. The partition between the kitchen and the guest room is a soft transition between them, which creates a feeling of oneness therefore as well as independence of both spaces.

In the solidness of the guest room, which includes a TV wall, a sofa, and a cozy dining corner, the unique touches of bold objects shine which definitely should be the work of a skilled eye of an interior designer. Here every corner is thought-out by a photographer, which manages to find room for interesting details in every shot: Glas Italia's colored glass table reflects different colors from different angles, the disco ball-like chandelier makes the dining corner stand out better, and the ULTRAFRAGOLA MIRROR-inspired mirror created by Ettore Sottsass in 1970 catches the eye from all sides of the apartment.

The deep connection with visual art is strengthened by the decorative items, which become the leading elements of the interior. For example, colorful books from different cities taken from trips by this couple, or a lot of unusual objects stacked on the shelves in the cabinet, which make the work environment even more creative. On the contrary, the bedroom is the quietest and the most solid place in the apartment. The main beauty of the room is the straw-plaited details and the color scheme that brings special tenderness there. The bathroom repeats the concept of the kitchen with a combination of two tiles and brings green into the color scheme along with light cocoa.
